A day after Lalu Prasad Yadav was found guilty of another scam, RJD Deputy President Shivanand Tiwari on Wednesday wondered why the party leader was the only one charged with corruption.
“The CBI Special Court has repeatedly punished Lalu Prasad Yadav in one case. It has caught Lalu Prasad guilty in the past, we were expecting the same result. They made five MONEY in one case and imposed penalties separately.
“Furthermore, the way the ruling party leaders have issued a statement against Lalu Prasad Yadav, it seems he is the only one to blame in the world and they are saints,” Tiwari said.
“In any case of corruption in our country, actions take place to meet the political goals and motives of the ruling party in the country. Recalling Bihar’s 2015 by-elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his meetings in Gopalganj and Muzaffarpur, said Nitish Kumar had been involved in 22 coups. “What happened to those 22 scams? Were those charges dropped after Nitish Kumar fled the prime minister’s camp in 2017? “He asked.
“Strangely enough, Narendra Modi, who has accused Nitish Kumar of 22 counts of fraud, has fired him as the country’s social worker. “The most exciting thing is that Nitish Kumar, who said that if he shook hands with Narendra Modi, the majority of Muslims in the country would be scared, he received certificates for being a folded Socialist leader,” Tiwari said.
