In the complaint, received by CNN, plaintiff “Jane Doe” is said to have “had what may be described as an unusual and occasional sexual relationship with Defendant Trey Songz.” Their relationship changed in 2016, according to a complaint, when Doe claimed Songz had raped her and needed immediate medical attention.
